Spectator killed at Tour de France

A spectator was killed on Saturday and two others injured in an accident involving a motorcyclist of the Republican Guard on the 14th stage of Tour de France between Colmar and Besançon. The victim, 61-year-old woman, died in the hospital at Besançon.

The accident occurred in Wittelsheim, 38 kilometres after the start of the stage.
