Your order will usually be delivered within 7-10 working days via Jersey Post/Royal Mail. We endeavour to dispatch all orders within 24 hours (Monday - Friday).

Building Your Bike

What we do before we ship your bike...

Every bike purchased at 5339.co.uk is fully built by a qualified mechanic. The bike is then boxed ready to be shipped, with only a couple of minor alterations required to get the bike on the road.

Returns

Our returns policy is very simple, if you aren't happy with your purchase please return it in an unused re-sellable condition to us within 10 days of receipt and we will give you a full refund excluding any postage costs (because we send our products free shipping, there will be a £10 restocking fee to cover costs).

If you return any bike shoes or clothing to us for a size exchange then the return postage back to you will be a flat fee of £7.50.

If you wish to return a bike for any other reason then you will have to arrange the return postage yourself and will be liable for any damage in transit on the return journey. We will only accept it with a fully completed returns form.

Warranty Returns

Should your product develop a fault whilst still under warranty, you will be covered under our standard 12 month warranty. Please contact us before returning warranty items as some of our products can be sent directly to the manufacturer to speed up turnaround times. However, you will still be liable to cover any postage costs.

We will never sell or pass your information to any other companies for marketing purposes.

By using the forms on this website and disclosing your personal details you are consenting to the collection, storage and processing of your personal information. We will require your name, address and contact details. The information collected from you will only be used for the purposes of processing your order.

We use 128-bit SSL Software to encrypt your payment card information when you place an order, this is taken care of by Protx whom we partner with. For your added security all payment transactions are processed automatically by HSBC Bank PLC, therefore 5339.co.uk are not party to your personal credit card or bank details.

All information you give us is kept completely confidential and will only be used in conjuction with your order through 5339.co.uk.
